VI. User Control over Personal Information
For security reasons, we don't allow users to modify data like login IP, operating system, and browser type, but you may request access to this information in accordance with Singapore PDPA.
VII. User Data Deletion
We take the protection of users’ personal data very seriously. Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. The specific methods are as follows:
(1) Method for Submitting a Deletion Request
Users may delete their personal data by deleting their account within the application.

(2) Scope of Data Deletion
After verifying the user’s identity, we will delete or anonymize the following data, as applicable, in accordance with applicable laws and business requirements:
User account information
Personal identification information associated with the account
Usage records and related log data
Authorization data obtained from third-party platforms (including Facebook)
Note: If certain data must be retained due to legal, financial, or security compliance requirements, such data will be retained only for the legally required period and will not be used for any other purpose.
(3) Processing Time
We will process and complete the user’s data deletion request within a reasonable period, typically no longer than 30 days, and will provide feedback using the contact information submitted by the user.
(4) Facebook Platform Data
If a user logs in via Facebook or uses features related to Facebook, the data deletion request will also apply to the relevant user data obtained from the Facebook platform, in compliance with Facebook Platform Policies.
